The PDAP is a private, non-profit, spiritually-based, community-centered organization chartered by the State of Texas. Tax exempt under Internal Revenue Service code 501(c)(3), PDAP neither solicits nor directly receives federal or state government funding. Because our programs are entirely free, we are completely dependent upon the generosity of the community for our funding.
